FINALLY got it running perfectly through the MCAL today
And've twigged why you love it! It might be that it's had a few more days to develop (it's still only 5 days old!) or it could be finally getting the temperature JUST right on the MCAL (which tends to need a LOT of warming up). But - yep - great stuff!
I introduced someone to espresso yesterday (new French assistant, 21yrs old, ex ballerina, etc
) with Muchoki peaberry, and Steve's Skyberry / CoE el Portillo. All through the Zaff (frankly, less chance of f*%^ing up the extraction). Next time, I'll be offering MCALed Perfetio
And, um, mebbes some Sumatran Decaff. And, hmmm, *thinks....*
