So should there not be any hints of broccoli in coffee then? We've spent three years working toward 'floret' tones in our shots! :( :P

Broccoli is pretty close to being a cauliflower which in turn is pretty close to being a flower. This describes the constant floral notes people refer to in the aroma of coffee. It's just broccoli!

Never touch the stuff... I stick to sucking on the tube flushing the bags with nitrogen. It's only slightly off-putting when the tongue gets stuck as the vacuum gets sucked out.

While catching a bag valve whiff at a store I squeezed a bit too hard and blew out the bottom of the bag. :oops: I have not stopped the habit but am a bit more careful.
