why a sample?

This Dr. Joseph John is not God, but he is rather well respected in the USA or actually world-wide. I don't know what the practice is, but why would he send you a sample? You are not going to ask Albert Einstein to do an IQ test before making him a job offer as a rocket scientist... that would be quite an insult!

I suppose though its a chance for him to have a retailer in the UK and that may be appealing to him. I'm not going to buy an ammount without trying. If I was buying a ferrari I'd still want a test drive, even though it cost £1,00000's

Finally

I received my 3kg today. Mr Danny McNulty must be Scottish: The bags were exactly 1000g (including the plastic bag)... makes me laugh.

I will do two small roasts tonight. Ideally it should mature 72 hours it says.

Kind of went cold on the idea when asked to sign stuff (non disclosure agrement) and the tone wasnt particulary friendly. I wasnt going to run about saying it has this and that in and wasnt going to try to recreate it, but I like a little trust in my business agreements. Might chase it up in the future but proberbly not at the moment
