I was really interested to read this article, particularly the parts about Starbucks refusing to any longer sell Clovers to independent cafes, the review of a cup (from Starbucks via a Clover) at the end of Pg 3 and the fact that Stumptown are selling/have sold theirs in protest!
A brand soon to be de-valued methinks! What a shame.
This week I are mainly ready to get back to making muffins!"

Hmmm...after I finally visited a *$ here in H Town I seriously think nothing, absolutly nothing could rescue their beans. But I will cover this in another thread....

The possibility of a domestic Clover sounds good to me (as long as I don't have to use Starbucks beans).

Three things sturck me with that article.

Firstly being a man was the breasts. There that is out of the way ;)
Secondly the Clover remind me of a Tardis :?
Third and most importantly was that last paragraph. If anything, from what I have gathered, is that a Clover will show just how good a coffee is or more strikingly just how bad it is. If *$ thinks this will showcase thier blend they have to improve their standards whcih already sound like they are slipping. You would like to think that even if the coffee is below par they would serve it in decent cups.

Must have been a good offer though for the company to sell out to them.
