ummm wow!

has everyone tried this bean? i took the opportunity to try it after the email from steve about finding a single sack left.
quite amazed at how much i'm loving it!
i was concerned that i missed the best from the roast as i've only just managed to pick up the beans from work where they were delivered as i was off the last couple of days last week. they are 5 days from roast but i almost overspilled the shotglass with crema on first pull! these need a pretty fine grind i've found. also my eyes almost popped out of my head too when i first opened the bag to see the size of the beans...they're huge!....only about 5 beans in a full bag :) ...ok not that huge..but pretty big!
great rich caramel / winey flavour....mmmm yummy...
highly recommended....although i shouldn't say that as there is only a small lot left!
