australian skyberry

i just wanted to say how much i have enjoyed this coffee, i had never considered australia as a coffee producing nation before. I wasn't really expecting much for some reason. But it seems to have picked up that laid back antipodean style, whatever i do to it, it comes out really nicely. full of smooth flowing crema.

and a really tasty bean.

Yes it is rather nice and does quite closely resemble the famous/infamous JBM at a fraction of the cost. This season's crop seems particularly good as well :D

I like the Australian Mountain Top far more but it is noticeably more expensive.
