I'd been waiting a couple days now to try it and it was worth the wait. Even though my tastebuds have yet to fully recover, this new blend from Intelligentsia, really made me smile A LOT today :D From the French Press, it smelled and tasted toffeeish throughout... again taste changes as the temp changed... with a range of flavours from honeydew to fresh apricots (though my colleague got dried ;)) to a Japanese pear. Acidity was perfect for me... kinda sweet & mild like a cherry roma tomato. Taste wise, it's not exactly like what I remembered of the Australian Mountain Top... but it reminded me of it because it was "juicy". Know what I mean?

Can't wait to try it in the vac pot (or coffee bong as the regulars like to call it ), chemex & aeropress next week :D
This week, I'm mainly recovering :DAll I've got is my Aerobie AeroPress | 70's Aurora/Brugnetti HX Spring Lever | Mazzer Mini E & SJ (on loan) | Hottop | Nestor Martin (Toto) Gas Roaster | Eva Solo | Moka Pots
