And, as I stated elsewhere on here, me too. The one last cup I managed to brew properly just was heaven and will probably forever stay in my mind, and each year you mention that coffee it'll get a bit more romantic and a bit more better than before in my lil' mind :)

This week I like my coffee luke-warm.

Hey guys a very interesting thread. You have certainly covered some great coffee but I simply can not believe that there is not a single mention of Guatamala El Injerto. I think it is a gem of a coffee and at a price that makes it an absolute steal.

I can not be the only one who like it as I see that HB has recently run out. Thanks Steve for finding these great coffees and providing a service that allows us to try them. :D

So many nice coffees in the world and plenty time to try them.

I loved the Bourbon Injerto of a few years ago but thats virtually impossible to get hold of now. We had the Catuai which was good but I could help hankering for the Bourbon.

Steve, was the coop 22 septiembre coffee on my list? i can`t really remember and i don`t have the list nearby right now. when Lukas said "That coffee was so darn good!" i suddenly felt the need to know whether i`ll be getting a kilo of that.

regarding the desert island coffees, my top three would possibly be:
La minita, Costa Rica
Finca Mauritania, El salvador
Some nice guat

possibly would brew them in vac or drip
La Cimbali Junior D/1
Mazzer Super Jolly
other stuff

Sorry to annoy Jaanus ;), we're talking of a coffee Steve gave me (what coincidence ...) at the ETCC in Dublin, and a few weeks later the coffee was all gone :/

I need to add another one

Gethumbwini (After finally cracking the roast, grind, tamp and pour!)

BTW I added Injerto to my original list too.
