Postby Gadders » Sun Apr 13, 2008 12:19 pm

Good afternoon folks, i was doing the usual weekly shop on hasbean (you know how it is) to try and find something i hadn't tried {of which there is a lot} and a little different. Came up with this here Guatemalan.

Yup very nice too. This one can be a licorice bomb :P. We roasted ours here and the notes from December 2006 say it had nice caramel base tones, lots of depth, body and crema - but it's the licorice that makes it special. Well worth a go; something very delicious (if you like licorice) and quite different :D

As soon as I saw the title, I thought 'that's the liquorice explosion one' :P ...if only it didn't have the liquorice, I'd love it :P

IIRC, Joris absolutely adores this coffee as well... may already be something about this one somewhere on TMC ;)

I'm not sure about finding the greens in the AP area... but it's available as 250g or 2kg in England ;)

Approximately how much will the shipment cost? US dollar keeps dropping all the time... Thanks for the offering anyway.
