Torrefacto beans, where to find online?

Postby Mikko » Thu Feb 07, 2008 8:21 pm

Hi,

I have been trying to find a store that sells Spanish torrefacto beans but so far without success. I am only interested in 100% sugar roasted torrefacto ones, i.e. not in 20/80 blends etc. As I live in Finland, the store should have online presence and international delivery capability. Does anyone here happen to know if such a store exists in Europe? Ordering Spanish beans from US just does not feel right... Thanks for your help.

You could try ebay Germany, don't know much about the quality of these beans:

LaCimbali Junior D/1, Mazzer Major, Bizerba (Ditting) grinder, Behmor 1600

Sugar roasted beans are most often if not always of a low quality, mostly robusta.....
Bezzera B3000A, Giotto Premium, several Cona's, several Balance Brewers, Atomic, Milano etc,
Aristarco, Rancilio MD 40, Ditting and Eureka MCI grinders, several antique roasters, a mini500/800N propane/electric Taiwanese roaster, greens all over the place...and some other unmentionables that have not been mentioned......
