80% mendheling + 20% kenya, full city + roast, curve = straight line, start at 150 degree, stop roast at 214, 16 minutes.

drink it by espresso.
first thing i consider is temperature, the curve is straight line.

I decided I needed a bit of a change so I roasted some Monsooned Malabar. That was a change!
