The second shot today, after (almost) a days work.
After some months being very buisy and away (those 2 alternating) and not having purchased good beans, I at last got meself a batch of Sulawesi Kalossi.
This morning I had a very nice ristretto and now an even better one It makes me realise how I almost forgot the great taste of a good ristretto, and how much I love the Sulawesi Kalossi. It just tastes so darn good!
If you haven't tried this bean yet, get some!
