What's been lighting your fire in terms of a well rounded cup??

Seems that too many beans just make things, perhaps complex//// so what works for you and why,,,, it's best to have a combination to play with,,,, and expand on :-)

Try equal amounts of Monsoon Malabar, Old Brown Java, Yirg and Brazilian Fazenda Cachoeira, roasted to the first few pops of second crack.

Joe you've got to try and love the single estate coffees man this blend quest will break you down :)

Seriously if you learn to love and understand the single origin you will then know what they can bring to a blend, and then develop something you love.

it's just sometimes it's difficult to find the time to roast a SO's and test them for character, even though yes it's definitely the proper way to understand the bean..... then blend....

back to SO roast I go-go :-)
