For me the last five, that's Zambia thre to Dominican, I would hit all just into second crack as a medium dark but that's just my taste - I prefer a darker roast for SO or blends and for filter, Mocha or Espresso - guess it's just me.

for mocha and espresso I'm looking for a taste that will last for a nice time after drinking it. Can I reach that true darker roasting or any suggestions on beans. The taste should not be too accid, staying on the lips for a while, a bit bitter, smooth and full...

One of the best espresso's I've ever had is the Dominican Republic Barahona. Very smooth with caramel, choc and hints of spice. In some ways it resembles a blend, with a bit of depth and a yet a touch of brightness.
You're right, this one needs to be roasted quite dark, or the acidity comes through strongly. If you can aim between FC+ and Lt Vienna and have a slight surface sheen - you've hit the target.
If you update your 'Post Nukes' we can see what gear you've got.

santa domingo barahone, very nice one.
Kenya AA at about 10% in an espresso blend, if you´re into that. On its own it will be too overpowering for most people. For espresso. For filter, presso and such it is great.
Costa Rica Tarrazu, fine for espresso. Probably works for filter/presso too, but I really haven't tried it there.

Most Santos coffees will do fine as base for an espresso blend.
