ok, so I've messed about with SO's... and pre-blends.... now I've roasted my favourites to their perfect roast levels and it's time to mix 'n blend baby!!

ok.... I've roasted:

Celebes Toraja Kalosi (Vienna)
Brazil Fazenda Cachoeira Bourbon (City+)
Guatemala El Bosque Amatitlan Bourbon (50g) 10% & Indian Monsoon Malabar (100g) 20% (Full City+) 2:1 ratio total net 150g

Honduras --- had some left over 150g net (Full City)....

so any interesting blends? either with allot of body for latte/cappuccino or perhaps sweeter for espresso etc...
various Gaggia TD, Gaggia MDF, Mazzer Super Jolly, Hot-top 240v

It's probably a bit difficult to ask what is the ideal blend from your roasts Joe, as I prefer to just bang a load together and see what it tastes like. If I was looking for body I would take 50% of your Brazil, add 25% of the Honduras and 25% of your Celebes and see what it takes like. I would make up 50g from those percentages which would give me three shots max.

I think the Kalosi, Cach and the Bosque could be nice together....
