Not being a home roaster I find myself sometimes mixing my pre-roast HB's to find new blends (with some success) and I also try to try everything.
Well this morning I cracked into my bag of COE Bertha Cardozo de Ordonez (3 days since roast) unsure what to expect. i have found some of the finer SO coffee's to be quite tempremental in the espresso machine.
I have to say it is great, soft silky crema, caramel all the way through with earthy undertones that never overwehlm, just enhance. Beautifully balanced; my advice, stop it immediatally on any blonding to avoid killing the magic.....I'm off to have a third one now!
