That's easy then :)

If I could persuade the guy to use your beans (food great, coffee bad  ) it would be even better. Mind you, on second thoughts, with good food and good coffee, I'd never leave the place

Interesting read on the voting site. It appears after just a summary browse that Steve has many more comments than the 15 or so other businesses that I looked at. This is a good sign and I hope Steve has a good chance of winning. It would be a great coup for TMC to have the countrys Top Barista, Roaster and Spares supplier as active and valued members, in addition to the rest of us mere mortals :D

Well done Steve, not only for being nominated, but for the obvious quality of what you do and the passion you have for it, judging by the comments so far.

Thanks so much to everyone who has taken the time, its been very humbling to read your really kind comments. I know I have a lot of smileys in my posts and I'm normally being all silly but both Sarah and I thank you all so much.

Phew that’s done, lets be silly again :)

I've just looked back at the link page from Steve in the opening posts. God, there's a lot of information there as with any page written by Steve.

I was about to go and make some tea but I feel a coffee coming on again. Haven't had one since late morning. It's the Brazil Fazenda blend which has my curiosity, the Cachoera Bourbon I'm familiar with but I want to know what the other beans contribute. I must catch up with you Steve and ask you about it unless you want to comment on it here.

Sorry, it’s late my head hurts, the blend?

There is a Brazil perfetio blend which is a pre blended one at origin, of which I don’t know. There is also the Canario which is a different varietal from the same farm.

Excuse my stupidness

Paul L - do you mean the Brazil Daterra Blend?

WTG, Steve :) Sorry my looooong review came out looking awful - didn't realise there was no formatting in there :( Oh BTW, I didn't realise Perfeito was blended at origin - I thought you blended it :)
This week, I'm mainly recovering :DAll I've got is my Aerobie AeroPress | 70's Aurora/Brugnetti HX Spring Lever | Mazzer Mini E & SJ (on loan) | Hottop | Nestor Martin (Toto) Gas Roaster | Eva Solo | Moka Pots
