The Indian Peaberry looked fairly normal to me, certainly less mottled than the Kalosi.

I tried the screen dried Cach on its own tonight, it is cleaner tasting than regular Cach for sure, and a little smoother. I did find less of a nutty taste, but that may be just the newer crop anyway, and it did go a touch darker than I would have liked, I seemed to miss the onset of 2nd crack.
