It does seem terrible that the poor farmers who have put their every effort into this program based on the promises of a better living from the USAID organisation are now to be cast aside without thought to fend for themselves with what may well be an infrastructure in place that is only sustainable with the aid program it was designed to work for, all as a result of politics and the whim of those in various forms of authority.
