The kona provides the macadamia, pepper and cloves, citrus and honey from rukira, el salvador the plums and grape, yirgacheffe also citrus and fruit and the earthiness I expect is a result from the blend itself. I keep finding (tasting, smelling) fresh notes as I go along with this blend. Quite lovely.
The Rukira is the Kenya Rukira Peaberry single estate blend that I bought 25 kg from in the U.S. when the Story House roastery was sold earlier this year and they had a close out sale to their existing customers, the price was right and the beans are excellent IMO.
Bezzera B3000A, Giotto Premium, several Cona's, several Balance Brewers, Atomic, Milano etc,
Aristarco, Rancilio MD 40, Ditting and Eureka MCI grinders, several antique roasters, a mini500/800N propane/electric Taiwanese roaster, greens all over the place...and some other unmentionables that have not been mentioned......
