Intresting to read that some pro cuppers are heavy heavy smokers..... thinking about it more i guess it would only alter when you changed someting like stopping or indeed starting smoking and therfore altering the perspective and ahving to "retrain" the pallet...

Monday evening is the dealine.......as of Tueday AM i will be a non smoker

(promise not to waft the air with my hand when smokers are near)... :twisted:

and I am looking forward to being able to "taste" if the cars outside the HB roastery run on deisel or unleaded ..... :lol:
