A nice French Press Blend

Postby espressomattic » Wed Feb 22, 2006 5:41 pm

Just put together some Yirg and Guatamalan Antigua to just before second for the press 50-50 mix...lovely, mellow and not too acidic, well balanced.

I also added today 10% Moon Robusta and it developed a really rich chocolatey taste...go on give it a go!!!!

I like the Guatemala+Bugisu+Harrar blend also. I'll definitely try yours when my Sweetmaria's order arrives. Thanks!
