Wow.
After brooding over the beans used in a trial blend Steve gave us, I roasted up the last Yemen Sanani I had and ran it through the Spaz. Flavours all over the place! Bitter, needs to rest as roasted yesterday and quite fluffy :)
Strawberry, cherries, caramel, cocoa, some stuff I don't know what the hell was... what a rush! Even better when technically way overextracted (had to drink a few frogs before I found the right grind) #

Coffee is cool.
And never seizes to catch me out.
Breaking the rules rules!

I've heard a lot of things when describing espresso and coffee in general but never strawberries!!!!! :lol:

I also like Yemen Sana'ani. Works great as espresso! Interesting to roast, too. Coffee with a lot of personality.

Strawberry rocks in coffee, I got that big time in one of the Cup of Excellence lots recently

Rules are there to be brocken :)
