Yes indeed - I like the look of those two beans (the coffee ones, that is). Nice to have some variety on the decaf front - I wish some more Laguna would come in though

Think we just a found a new one to add: "manly decaf"

I still have approx 1Kg of Laguna left. I try to buy 4Kg of each decaf at a time and keep the cupboard full. I think my favourite at the moment is the Fazenda Jacaranda Organic Brazil. Looking forward to trying the Ethopian and Bolivian.

The Sumtra & Brazil blend together quite nicely. I'm thinking Ethopian and Sumatra may also provide a good mix - will have to wait and see.

I've been playing with a decaf espresso blend. I must admit I'm starting to like it but only a little A little Colombian, Bolivian and sidamo, its very interesting indeed. Just playing with the quantities now, I'll keep you posted.

If you have Laguna left, and also like the Jaceranda, can I recommend an espresso blend?

Try this: 50% Jaceranda, 25% Laguna, 25% Mandheling, just into second crack (or darker if you must!!)

For me the laguna has just the right amount of brightness to lift the chocolate in the brazil; the mand then gives a lovely peppery aftertaste.

Then again, Steve has more choice of decaf greens than I do, so his blend has options mind doesn't, when it's ready!
