If you have Laguna left, and also like the Jaceranda, can I recommend an espresso blend?
Try this: 50% Jaceranda, 25% Laguna, 25% Mandheling, just into second crack (or darker if you must!!)
For me the laguna has just the right amount of brightness to lift the chocolate in the brazil; the mand then gives a lovely peppery aftertaste.
Then again, Steve has more choice of decaf greens than I do, so his blend has options mind doesn't, when it's ready!

Steve, you do refer to the decaf mandheling as your bedtime espresso on the HB site! Is that every night then? (Run faster Dom, he's getting away)
