The Harrar gives a more winey acidity. The Kona version gives a more mellow acidity, spicy rather than piney. Surprisingly this also makes quite a nice cappuccino, thogh it is quite mellow, the chocolate goes well with the milk.
Even after quite a bit of rest this gives lots of fluffy crema. this combination does go very well with a chocolate on the side
