Two Hottops, first since Feb 2003
No partridge, no pear tree either

Good find Phil, for what it is worth I can support the article. The work that the RFA had carried out in El Salvador and Costa Rica (my only experience) is very good. Its is really helping the farmers, not only on this ecological level but also on the quality. Some of the coffees coming out of this region are quite outstanding, partly due to their high understanding of wet proccessing.

I would say "peanuts" but "beans" is probably more like it.... ;-)
That said, by the looks of things, all you need is a couple of coffees a day, an endless bar tab and a quad bike and you're anybody's ;-)
