Hi,
A friend of mine has visited Hawai and bought me 250 gram green beans from the Ueshima coffee company. Does anyone know this company or their beans:
See their website is:
www.ucc-hawaii.com.
It is Kona coffee so does anyone has a tip how to roast it. I only got 250 gram, so there is not enough room for experiments.
Thanks in advance.

If it's Kona (and it's really Kona and not some blend of other beans with a bit of Kona thrown in) then do it to the definite end of 1st crack plus around 60 (at most 75) seconds in your Hottop. Rest it for 3 - 4 days and taste the pine trees!
