Interesting blend

I just thought I'd share something I discovered recently, as much through trial and error as anything else.

I mixed 30g Monsoon Malabar, 20g Brazilian Fazenda Cachoeira, 10g Ethiopian Mocha Djimma and 10g Indian Mysore. Monsoon roasted well into rolling second, Faz and Mocha to the first pops of second and Mysore just past the peak of first.

It turned out remarkably creamy and chocolatey, very pleasing. Even my wife liked it.
