I was passed a sample of Nicaragua Cecocafen Las Delicias, it had been roasted just past second crack. Bit dark for fancy cupping, through the grinder and two shots poured. A wonderful crema, nice even colour, a bit acidic as an espresso, into my favourite mug and latte'd - a stunning smooth night time drink. As far as I can tell it's from a small village co-operative, but as a single bean, unblended sample it seems worth a further try if I can get anymore
Anyone else come accross this one?
