Best coffee ever (so far..)

Postby Tongle » Sat Apr 08, 2017 8:03 am

I liken naturally processed beans.....just love the fruity flavours ....the more fruity the better.

Best coffee I have every tried so far is an Ethiopian Heirloom varietal.

I got a pack of green beans from Ancoats coffee in Manchester (brilliant place, friendly, own roaster in the shop, converted cotton mill so the architecture is fascinating and of course lovely coffee)

They sell is as "Rocko Mountain Reserve"....this really has to be tried to be appreciated!

Great balance of fruit and caramel...very sweet but with a nice acidic tang.
Every time I do a home tasting..this one always comes out on top.
