Postby JamesP » Mon Dec 02, 2013 6:24 pm

Hi Everyone,

Im looking forward to trying this bean, does anyone have a decent iRoast profile for Brazil Fazenda Cachoeira da Grama Yellow Bourbon Pulped Natural?

Or can anyone point me in the right direction? :)

Hi James, I can not help you with the iRoast as I have never used one. Cachoeira is delicious coffee and is not difficult to roast. For what it's worth this is what I would use on a Hottop:

I would normally stop it in the first few seconds of second crack and would certainly not go further than the 10 seconds shown in this roast. As the iRoast is an air roaster it will no doubt have a significantly shorter roast time.
