Bean Advice

I have 250g each of green Dominican Republic 'Barahona' and Indian Plantation AA - any advice on roast and use (including blending) - gratefully received. I have just roasted some Brazilian Pocos de Caldas, just into second crack so they look quite dark, but havn't tried them yet.
