Fan for gene cafe

Postby darrensandford » Wed Sep 29, 2010 12:19 pm

Hi all,

I am looking for a replacement intake fan for my gene cafe, as I cleaned mine but it sounds like the bearings are starting to go.

I found it on bella barista, but it isn't a cheap item and add the £8 postage on top makes it a bit much for me.

Does anyone know where else sells parts?

Thanks.

Try ringing BB and ask for Claudette. Tell her and they will normally if its possible, put it into a jiffy bag and charge a couple of quid.

I ended up just sticking a few more things on the order and submitting it anyway :)

Got a new fan and filter, but also a new motor. Slapped them in at the weekend, and it's like a new roaster. Heats up really quickly, and is super quiet now as well.

To be fair, I have been using it pretty regularly for a good while now!
