Congratulations to TMC's own Stéphane Cataldi (MKSwing) who is the 2010 French Roasters' Cup Champion.

Stéphane is based in Bretagne, France where he runs his own artisan roastery, one of, if not the finest in France. Nice one mate :D

They roast coffee in France? Ma Doue!
Oh, and we like to call it Breizh, not "Brétagne", that's for the Parisians!

Gourc'hemennoù!

I loved it when a mayor in Normandy said that they were closer to the English than Parisians

It appears we've forgotten Stéphane here a bit. Congratulations on bringing fine roasting to a country of generally incinerated beans!

Toutes mes félicitations! I drove through Louargat last Saturday on my way back from Brest and wished I could visit France's top roaster, but a quick look to wife and crying babies on the back seat told me that a stop to visit a coffee roaster would not be tolerated at this point in time and space  Sigh....

Well don't be sad, I was 1000 Km away fighting against an electrical Probatino. :)

Yes Bruce they certainly deserve to be capitalised and put in quote marks!

Stephane, we must pass by you (and Dom) next time we take the dreaded Bretagne on the way South-West, for some coffee!
