Yeah but Bruce, what if BPA leeches onto me kernels :shock: :lol:

Personally, I just use ziplock freezer bags for large quantities of beans (ie more than 350g around the holidays etc). Even then, I find it better to double bag. The rest of the time, I reuse old bags. Anybody got any research on the effects of degassing in a CO2 rich environment as opposed to in open air?

In the end, probably the easiest solution is just to invite Bruce round and drink it before it goes stale! :wink: Bruce, how long do you think it'll take you to get here?

Where's here, just now (Schrödinger's cat wantsa know). With you I'm never sure whether I need an airline ticket, a train ticket or snow shoes. :P
