Your junk pile grows smaller...

Postby darrensandford » Fri Oct 23, 2009 9:07 pm

...while mine grows larger!

Seriously though, I want to give a big thank you to Motoman. Deep in a remote secluded cave, coffee was roasted and a one-of-a-kind Gene Cafe changed hands!

I can finally put aside the old battered wok and give my arm a well-earned rest! I can't wait to get through the beans so I can get roasting with it!

Thank you again!

Strange people from Coventry, guy turns up at my place, naked and riding a white horse. Weighed some coffee then my scales packed up. He stole the jar of home made damson jam I was saving for cakey, can't find my cafe gene that I was proudly demonstrating for him.

I resent the living in a cave slur, my luxurious subteranean annex has running water and when hungry you can lick the walls for nourishment.

Ah well, he has promised me a hand knitted bottomless portafilter........

Oh hey now! You will notice I never said "Dark", "Damp" or "Dank"! I thought I was rather kind!

And the damson jam will combine with scones and clotted cream to build a ten-foot high altar to the god of cakes.

Not sure about special brand, more like "Second, ex-display, not in original box, some cosmetic damage" kind of love :D

The roaster is -still- fantastic. Fantastic clear flavours coming through, where they were all jumbled up together in the Wok.

Thanks again again! :D
