First time a roast didn't work out as planned today. Usually I can trust the Behmor to deliver a first crack around 17 minutes into the roast. I then add two minutes and start the cooling cycle. Today with Steve's Brazil Perfeito espresso blend I had real difficulty telling when the first crack arrived. I guess the cracks are pretty subtle & short? Anyone with the same experiences?
This week I am eagerly anticipating the first god shots from my La Spaziale machine....
