Help with iRoast2

Hi,
I've lost the instructions for my iRoast2. I've got some good profiles stored in the memory that I'd like to tweek some more but I can't remember how to read them out or save new ones - does anyone out there know how? I'm reluctant to experiment too much out of fear of deleting them by mistake!

If you have a pdf of the manual I'd really appreciate it!
