An ugly draft of my roaster.

Since my friend decided not to make a semi roaster, so I finally get moving and finish the draft.
Before looking at the picture, I have to say I am a terrible drawer. I ask for the greatest tolerance of my first draft. The main purpose of this post is mainly to keep me working and most important I need some advice on drawing a proper and decent plan for others to work accordingly.

edit: the pic is a bit large so i made a direct link instead. besides, the drawing is simply ridiculous.

Guess I'll have to show the actual pictures to the workers to make sure they get the idea

Actually I aint so sure about the english terminology too.
There are three types of roasters, mainly, as I recall, heating directly with fire; heated air like hottops and a mix of two, which I call semi.
It involves, obviously, heat from fire but there is also a fan sucking heated air from the air so the beans are also heated with air. Fire isn't in contact with the beans but the heat is transferred through the metal/ceramic drum.
I hope it's clear enough :)

A-ha! Yes, now I understand.
Good idea, too. The heatgun+bowl method I sometimes use works a lot like this, since only the top layer of beans are hit by the hot air coming from the heatgun. The rest of them get heated indirectly, by the bowl walls (if they accumulate heat) and by the other beans. Taste-wise, this is my favourite method of those I have used regularly (oven, popper, heatgun).
I am interested in using halogen light for heating. Don't know if it would work together with a fan, but perhaps it could.
