While changing nappies at 6am the mind wanders, and this time it wandered onto ways to roast coffee.

So by way of saving anyone else with the same thought the effort, here's the results of 5 minutes in a microwave - Tasted nasty!!

I like your idea though to check out different roasting techniques.
Curious what your next one is ....

I wonder if it would work if the beans were properly aggitated ;P
