3. The coffee jar is being used to cover a scorch mark on the tabletop. It contains TEA. HB Steve (tattos, stubble, MP3 etc) sells TEA. Therefore tea = street cred. Just in case anyone thought there was something else in it. :)

Me LOL street cred I do not have :)

Fred step away from the headphones joke, I've still not been able to get replacements :( I've been told I have to wait until IPhone is released here GRRRR

Yep, spot on Steve. In the HotT - 1st 16.10sec 2nd and dump 18.05sec. I was a bit nervous, they looked a bit light, but darkened later.

Day 3 and degassed. I played with brew temps a bit and got consistantly good results towards the hottest end of the cycle - much hotter than my dark roast ethiopians and malabar. Sweet, buttery, bright but not acidic. Very smooth, I can understand why it's popular in blends.

Phew, you nearly frightened the crappaccino out of me - I thought you wrote 'A convict'

No, I'll stick to my dark roasts for the aged beans, but these centrals need a lot more practice. OT but I've just done my second Dom Rep Barahona. The first on Wedneday was a failure and misread 2nd. Outer shell looks a bit light and the grinds are even lighter still - sort of reddish brown.

The 2nd looking good and I dumped, just short of rolling2 and looks great.

Hey it's 5am down under - wazzup!! cant sleep : toomuchcoffee?

Edit : Agh, just read your bit in Cakey's thread, bruised bones, nightshift etc, .... hang on in there matey :)
