Hello all,
I have been roasting with my alpenrost for about 18 months now with pretty good results. My biggest problem is consistency, I try and control all factors (weight/room temp...and so on)but still find my roasting a little inconsistent. I feel if I had a bit more information about the bean temp I could get more consistent roasts.
So here is my question, has anybody ever attached a thermometer to an Alpenrost? I'm sure I've seen an article about it somewhere but cant seem to find it.
Any help would be much appreciated.
