OK, I've just taken delivery of my new Extech EA15 datalogging thermometer. Guess who's going to be swanking profile curves from now on? It'll also help me get better reproducibility in my roasts, something I'm struggling for on lighter roasts where I'm aiming for somewhere before second crack. Watch out for the curves, but not immediately - I roasted three batches (750g of green) this weekend, so I'll not be roasting again for a day or three.
