Okay...I need to be honest. My son helped me quite a bit on this project. I know, I know..."build a roaster from scratch?" you ask. Well, we had the materials on hand and surprisingly, once we had a general idea of how we were going to approach this, it didn't very long at all!

Needless to say, I'm very happy with the results. I'd love to hear your comments. I apologize for the quality of the pictures, but photographing was done rather hastily.

The capacity is perfect! I just have to roast about 4 times a day, that's all! :)
