The one constant characteristic of Iroasts is that they all seem to perform slightly differently and what works for one person can be a disaster for someone else.
I feel the best place to start is with the presets,get the feel for how your own machine performs,then begin to experiment with different programs.
I'm still having loose lid problems but apart from that I'm reasonably happy with it,though I may change my mind when the 'Joe Roaster' comes out.

the blue ball on my Galileo thermometer has just sunk to the bottom, about 22 deg C. Alan
