What do you do while roasting..?

I know what people mean by being totally absorbed when roasting. I'm out in the garage in the cold with the radio on, heatgun in the vice leaving a hand free for that 15 minute cigarette. Then you can really be at one with the beans (man!).

I find roasting a real treat, one of life's great pleasures. 20 minutes or so with no interruptions, mind wandering and a great feeling of satisfaction from the end product.
