the best picture I could find is this-one... although I use just a filterholder, a filter and a thermos...

I had two pour overs made by Melitta, apart from the anti-drip spout that does'nt work, it is a good method, however, if you drop the filter paper holder you cannot pick it up very easily!! :oops: Replacement for the paper holder is very hard to find. I have tried in Cambridge, Leeds, London and Harrogate, all to no avail (2 years endeavour). This year whilst on holiday in France in the first Supermarket we visited I found one an unbreakable plastic one, again by Mellita, (which was not locatable on their website). The filter papers, by the way, are easily found in most supermarkets here, even unbleached ones, and they may also be bought in bulk in Costco if you are able to shop there.
