Been making my press pot coffee much stronger lately

Postby Terje » Sat Jun 24, 2006 5:06 am

In fact, I think I've been making it way too weak before.

I use the press pot for Yirgacheffe and othe rafrican beans mainly and man they really do taste better when made really strong.

I sorta knew that becasue Yirgacheffe is a great coffee for turkish coffee.
Different beans and a frying pan, Zassenhaus grinder and a couple of moka pots...

I'm using around 14 grams (two measuring spoons) for a two cup brewer. I used half of that before (around 2 years ago) and always wondered why the coffee tasted so strange.
