Coffee quantity in a Cona C

I dont suppose that anyone can recommend a starting point for the quantity of coffe to use for a full brew in the Cona C?
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am completely new to the vac pot and the Cona instructions aren't exactly helpful

Now mainly use French Press
